The company Eiffel Engineering (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1965 with the objective of supplying quality products to the mining and steel making industry. As the company grew the production effort became focused on the steel making industry, suppling Acelormittal Vanderbijlpark, Acelormittal Pretoria and Acelormittal Newcastle.

The Company can offer expertise in:

Manufacture of liners from ferrous and non-ferrous material.
Manufacture of blades for cutting steel, plastic and tabacco.
Manufacture of shear pins and bushes.

In 1993 the company started investing heavily in capital equipment as it sees this as the principle method of ensuring that it maintains its market advantage. An essential requirement for the continuing improvement and development of the company objectives was the installation of a quality system registered to the BS EN ISO 9002 status.

ISO listing was obtained in 1997. In 1998 the company was awarded Approved Supplier status by Iscor Vanderbijlpark Quality Control department after an extensive audit of our quality system. The process is ongoing and there is a beneficial relationship between the company and the Quality Control department at Vanderbijlpark.

The majority of the company’s work is from referrals and it enjoys a reputation for high quality work.
